6 For a safe and healthy ME TIME away from online dangers The time we spend online during our ME TIME, on a daily basis, is really surprising! We spend too much time online on our devices, for various reasons, e.g. to communicate, to be informed, to learn, to search, to connect, to share, to relax and so on. And while we tend to focus on the benefits of being constantly online, we tend to forget about the negatives, one being online dangers! Dangers and risks that we are not even aware of, threatening our social, digital and emotional health. Isolation, feeling of exclusion, cyberbullying, sleep problems, effect on memory and attention, and many more issues may emerge when we exaggerate in extensively being online.
